Hi All,

It was a great hackathon with lots of learning and experiences shared. Thanks Saifi and Ragini for organizing this!

Below are the links to related to the Flint Operating System (which I am a part of) that was demo-ed on the sidelines of the hackathon, to the participants.

Downloading images for x86_64 bit, SBC(small board computer) like Raspberry Pi, Asus Tinker Board etc.
The images on the download page are 'free of charge'.
Instructions related to usage and flashing, installation to disk etc. can be found on the same page itself.

Two areas we were last focussing on:
1) Currently looking to stabilize the os by optimizing the kernel for master branch
2) MMAL encoding for playing HD video (without any buffering) on the pi using the chromium browser

Thanks Giri. I just installed Flint OS on my usb drive and using the same OS to post my message.

First impression looks very good.

Can you please tell me how to open terminal here

ctl+alt+t opens the crosh terminal. type "shell" at the prompt.
