Additional Presentation Invite Candidates

I have created a new sheet in our FOSS4G NA Presentations - All Accepted doc named 'Final Candidates'.

In that sheet, I have listed 8 presentations.  Six to invite immediately and 2 as alternates.  Because we have a lot of 'technical' talks in each concurrent session, my selection is weighted toward the 'use of FOSS4G'.

We have 6 confirmed open slots and will have 3 additional slots if we don't fill a second panel. 

I want to be transparent and involve all of you, but I am also very concerned about fact that the conference is in 3 weeks.  I am guessing that if these people are not already registered, we have about a 50:50 or less chance of pulling them in now.  Please take a look at the list if you have a chance today, I am open to feedback and suggestions.  I plan to send invites out at the end of the day today.
