Final Stretch Meeting - Added another potential day

I have added Wednesday as an option for a meeting.  I only had 3 people respond and there wasn't a clear time when all four of us could meet.

David Bitner and I intend to meet on Monday to talk about what needs to be done in the next three weeks.  This will help set the stage for our meeting.
