David,
I see you've gotten 5 invites sent out for the lightning talks. Great! I'd like to put a plug in to add Lela Prashad to that list. I've seen some of the stuff that Nijel has done before and my impression in talking with Lela is that she would be a great speaker in this format.
In the home stretch now!

I did extend an invite to her for a concurrent session presentation last night. I didn't do a side-by-side comparison, but I think that the abstracts were similar.
I could certainly give her the option of doing it either as a lightning talk or a concurrent presentation.
For those of you keeping score at home, I invited 6 new concurrent presentations and 5 lightning talks. More lightning talks to come.
