Final program?

Is the final program decided enough that the website can be changed to say "Final Program" rather than "Preliminary Program". I talked to a couple people, encouraging them to attend and the said, "let me know when the program has been finalized".

Yes, the program is final. I sent the final program data to our designer at about 11:00 last night, the only way that it will be changed now is via errata... (I will follow up with David B. and Matt)
The printed program will match the schedule found at http://foss4g-na.org/wp-content/uploads/2013/05/foss4gna-2013-schedule.pdf I asked for a review of the last version of the schedule last week and I didn't hear anything, so I assume that it has been confirmed to be error free.
We are still hoping to implement a html version of the program grid that will link presentation titles to their abstracts. At this point, we don't have the resources to implement it. If anyone wants to tackle that, I can give you the data to support it.
Now that I have most of the program data to the designer, I am working on emails to the presentation and lightning speakers.
It also looks like spring will have finally sprung by conference time. This incredibly strange spring appears to be moving in the right direction.

Excellent. David Bitner, can the website be updated to change "Preliminary" to "Final". I can do it but I don't recall ever getting login credentials for the website.

I need to focus on paid work until tonight. Spent over 40 hours of past week working on conference.

Yes, fair enough. I find my website credentials so unless there are any objections I'm going to change "Preliminary Program" to "Final Program".
