My only comment would be to pad the larger shirt sizes. XXL and XXXL some more, maybe 20 and 10. This is just based on other events I’ve worked on, the extremes seem to go first (smaller and larger). It’s generally easier to hand out something too big, than too small . . . when all said and done, if you did the estimates correctly, your left overs should be the too big, or too small sizes. :c)
