What is the drop-dead date for getting the program assembled and off to the printers.  I'd like to work backwards from there to start contacting sponsors, make sure they've sent us a vector version (if they have one) for the program.

For the website I think we're in good shape. Your logo is already up and looks good. The payment folks watch this list too 

so I'm hoping they'll chime in if there are any issues.

Last item would be a high-resolution graphic for use in the program. A scalable vector version (e.g. EPS) would be best.

What do you need from us, and when, for our sponsorship?  A logo at a minimum I'm assuming... I can provide pretty much any format you want.

I'm assuming the payment went through just fine after I turned it over to our financial person, but if not, please let me know.  I'll also check in with her.
