Live tweets & community voting

Hey Everyone,

Just a quick note to keep you up to speed on some good news.

You may have noticed live tweets of submissions from the @foss4gna account on twitter. We're hoping this is a great way for people to see what talks & workshops are proposed as they come in.

Also, we'll soon be announcing the community voting. People can vote on one talk at a time as they come in, a bunch in batches, or everything in one go... whichever they prefer. These votes will be made visible to the program committee, but kept separate from their own voting.
