1) LINUX SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR: ( Expert in LAMP ) [memcache, php-accelerator, web cluster]

2) DBA-MYSQL: ( Expert in Administration, Query Optimization, Replication, Clustering, Analyze and Redesign Database Structure )

NOTE: Should had previous working experience in live production servers/system

Hi Ashok Ji,

I am not sure of other users in this mailing list, but I being a subscriber here, am very much offended by the way you are putting this request to the list.

First, this is not any job hunting portal. Secondly, there are guidelines that we expect the subscribers to follow. And the third, I am not sure of what you have been explained of or make out implying "position for a System Admin in Nepali ISP". Sorry, I am not aware of the time you have been with the local scene here, but from my experience, yes its hard to get a hold of great guys here, but I have seen and met people who out-stand the so called 'bideshi system-admins', and have been working for companies both domestic and international. The technologies the companies here implement might not have been in par to the ones they employ internationally (stressing more on the hardware/and newer technologies), but your requirement of an admin for an efficient application delivery, and your description of the requisites, I would not consider that any rocket science and there are ample people here who I believe have been doing it since long.

Sorry to say but your mail is rather offensive to the foss-nepal
community. Many of the Senior, Intellectual, tech-gurus as well as
Students, Beginners are listed in the mailing list.

Its rather insulting for the foss community for the financial gluttony
and questioning there intellectual capabilities.

The Job you are offering seem to fit the guy with no social life! What
will you do if you earn 5-6 figures and can't even spend it?

Anyways it hazardous to have the sleepless night without even a holiday
to rest!
