Dear Shishir,
A preliminary documentation is available at our wiki at

. By asking about the "Before and After" of the project, I think you
mean to access the effectiveness of the project. We would be doing a
project evaluation, and its report should suffice your needs. But the
evaluation will be done only at the project end, so you'll have to wait
till then.
