Regarding the meeting of Sept 3 for SFD Preparation

First of all I want to apologise for not attending the meeting of the
3rd Sept. Can anybody provide the detail decisions of that meeting? I
am asking for these because I heard about taking only around 100
participants for SFD. If so, what the working team should do now? A
small hall is enough for that and no need to visit colleges to discuss
and inform about the SFD. And who is taking lead for the SFD now?

We plan to do it in a slightly different way this time around. The event will host different communities who will be sharing latest happenings/demos of their communities (in Nepal and around the world) to other people. This will also be kind of like a meet-up of various different open communities in Nepal.

Let's plan for an open call for participation plus some invitations. The planned targeted audience will be from different sectors like government, non-government, private, colleges/universities, etc. as appropriate. The planned number of participants would be around 100 with about 20 volunteers.

Though not as big as past events, hope we can make it happen this time around with very limited time. And for that, we need everyone's support and active participation. Still need to do a lot a preparations!

Well, we can make it a half-day event from 11am to 3pm or something like that. But even for that, we are racing against time here!
