Dear Friends,

I have created a google group called FOOS-LK and have subscribed some of you, who have shown interest in exhibitions/Promotion of FOSS, to this googlegroup.

It is not all that have shown interest whom I have subscribed, as google does not allow large subscribtions to be done on the same day.

Anyone I have missed out can subscribe on their own, or I shall try to subscribe you later.

The group is an open group that anyone is able to subscribe to.

So, should we try to meet this coming week, say Thursday the 6th around 6-7 pm at NC.
We can discuss how we want to proceed with the work when we meet next Thursday.

It is good to have a few persons confirming the Thursdays meeting.

I must start the journey then tomorrow ;-)

Seriously, I can only offer you an initial contribution to
get the things going. Please don't hesitate to contact me

Unfortunately I wont be able to make it on this Thus 6 as I have a
family function to attend to. Hope someone will take notes on the
meeting and count me in for the contribution. I'll try to drop in over

Judging from the quantities of persons that has said
"Sorry I cannot come"
I think we should be quite a crowd today in the evening at NC.

Let us think about how we shall handle

1. Finance.
2. Management
3. Registration if nessasary.

I hope we can also discuss how we should set about running the next Exhibition etc.
and also what other promotions are expected during the next one Year.
