Steps to create CMake compatible C++ Project (It is working well as per
your given steps)

When trying to uninstall, it is giving message as below and also unable to
uninstall.
$ sudo make uninstall
make: *** No rule to make target `uninstall'. Stop.
(Unable to uninstall helloworld)
*Note - I have tested in Ubuntu 10.10

Seems, CMake does not create 'uninstall' target by default, take a
look at this link,

http://www.cmake.org/Wiki/CMake_FAQ#Can_I_do_.22make_uninstall.22_with_CMake.3F

So, Its better to include this information in our manual. I'll fix it
now.

I guess, I am bit late in responding to this. But just as with the other
sessions, we need to split this up into study material and lab exercises.
Please read the guidelines for more details. I suggest that we keep the
issue open till this is completed.
