From tomorrow, we'll be only supporting Maverick, Natty and Oneiric
archives. Archive services won't be available today. We also encourage
people to use the mirror both internally (10.3.11.250/ubuntu) and
externally (14.139.59.2/ubuntu/) and let us know if they want
something mirrored.

can you setup a local mirror for eclipse and/or netbeans too??
takes a lot of time in downloading/updating them...
