PySol GitHub branch with support for Python 3

Hi all!

I'm proud to announce that this GitHub branch has implemented partial, but quite usable, support for python 3:

Also see:

https://github.com/shlomif/PySolFC/issues/11 for the ongoing feature issue.

The code is still working in python 2, which is a good thing.
