Google Technology User Group - Pilani Chapter's First event

Hello everyone

We are very happy to announce that, we are starting a GTUG- Pilani chapter.

Google Technology User  Groups are user groups for people who are interested in Google's developer Technology; everything from the Android and product engines to product APIs.

GTUG Pilani chapter is a group for the BITSians to use, learn, share and contribute to Google Technologies and in general to the world of Open Source.

These are links to our Google group and GTUG site. 

We conduct regular meet-ups to discuss and share ideas. The ultimate goal of this group is to encourage "Collaborative Computing" and encouraging "FOSS culture" in BITS-Pilani.

GTUG-Pilani is coming up with its first event which is an Introductory session to GTUG and brief talks about various developmental platforms of Google.

The Agenda of meet is as follows:

Giving an introduction about GTUG, talk on Android, Go, Python and HTML5 and Google's involvement in it. Discussion about further plan of action.

The event plan is as follows:

17 15: Introduction speech

17 25: Talk on Python by Nikhil Murthy 

17 45: Talk on Android and Go Programming language by Ramakrishna Reddy

18 05: Talk on HTML5 - The wow and how by Raghavendra Tungaturthi

18 25: Closing speech and discussion about future plan of action
