You said you cannot 'login' to these services. But can you just use google?
If yes, them maybe the problem is only with accessing https.
To confirm, try to open this:
If you encounter the same problem, then you might have setup your http
proxy correctly, but not the https proxy (or secure http proxy).
In the proxy setup page (for your system, and browser), put in the bits
proxy in the https (or secure http) box too.
Please reply if this worked, or if the https page mentioned above
opened, but you still cannot login.
