need to find some RPCVs

I have been trying to locate some specific RPCVs for the current PC country director, Natalie Gil-Mensah. I have been unsuccessful. Those in our database don't have current contact info and the rest aren't there. Even if I had the contact info, I'd have to have their permission to share it. 

If you have information on how to reach them, please let me know. The names, etc. are posted below.
