The Sierra Leone Ambassador to the US, Ambassador Amara Sowa is searching for RPCV who served in his village between 1978 to 1980 there about, in Ngombahun Sowa, based in Sowa Chiefdom, Pujehun District. Her name is Valerie but the Community called her Ramatu.
