GRANT APPROVED: Uman Tok Sierra Leone

Hi FoSL Members,

The FoSL Board approved another project this week for $4,000 to Uman Tok Sierra Leone. The project will provide comprehensive sexual and reproductive health education, produce and distribute 300 reusable sanitary pads (100 per school for JSS1 girls). By combining education, product access, and stigma reduction, the project will improve school attendance, healthy outcomes, and dignity for adolescents. The project will benefit three schools in the Western Province, Koya Cheifdom, Western Rural Waterloo. We love this project and wish them the best!
