The 2023 Friends of Sierra Leone Annual Meeting will be hosted in Houston, Texas from July 14th to July 16th. There will be outings, meet & greets, speakers and other events throughout the weekend! If you can make it, we would love to have you and see you! See below or the attachment for more information as well as for the registration form. Please reach out to me or any board member if you have any questions! If you are going to get a hotel or Airbnb, try to find one near Texas Southern University, since that is where we are hosting the annual meeting on that Saturday.

Annual Meeting Information:

The 2023 Annual Meeting of The Friends of Sierra Leone (FOSL) will be hosted in Houston, Texas on Friday, July 14th through Sunday, July 16th. The itinerary for the weekend is as follows (with more details to come via email):

• Friday, July 14th - Meet & Greet event at a local restaurant in the evening.
• Saturday, July 15th - Annual Meeting at Texas Southern University, starting at 9am. 
• Sunday, July 16th - Group outing to a local museum/attraction.

Registration and participation for the Houston Annual Meeting is FREE for all active members of Friends of Sierra Leone. All nonmembers will need to join Friends of Sierra Leone ($25 membership for one year) in order to attend these events. At the end of this registration, you will be provided with the link to join FOSL. So, please complete the following registration for the Annual Meeting, then follow the link that will be provided in order to join FOSL.

One Google Form must be submitted for each person who plans on attending any of the weekend events. We will need an accurate number of attendees for planning purposes.
