FOSA Iftar 2012 @ Labor Camp

It's so glad to share with you all that our one month's iftar project for 200 people is going great with the grace of Almighty and the support of our FOSA family members & wellwishers. We are providing iftar kits to a masjid surrounded by 7-8 substandard labor camps in the interior of Al Sajja. It is a dessetrted area, 3 KM drive through "kacha" road from the 8th interchange of Sharjah Airport- Dhaid road. Two or more FOSA volunteers from Executive Committe will visit the site every day to distribute the iftar kits & monitor. If anybody wish to accompany them and participate in this noble cause may please revert.

 

Also along with AKCAF, FOSA is providing iftar kits to 2 other labor camps on tomorrow & 28th of Ramadan. Those who are willing to volunteer may please join us in Dunes Apartments tomorrow (29/07/2012) @ 5:00 PM. After distributing the kits and the social interaction with the brothers of labor camp.You can return back by 6:00 PM. Please confirm by end of the day either by email or phone.

Welcome the month of Ramadan with the heart filled with peace, harmony and joy. May the divine blessings of Allah protect and guide you.

 

It's so glad to share with you all that our one month's iftar project for this year will cover 500 beneficiaries per day on an average, for 30 days. The first distribution will be done today in shaa Allah with the support of our FOSA family members & well wishers. We are providing iftar kits to 2 masjids surrounded by  various substandard labor camps in the interior of Al Sajja. It is a deserted area, 3 KM drive through "kacha" road from the 8th interchange of Sharjah Airport- Dhaid road. Four or more FOSA volunteers will visit the site every day to distribute the iftar kits & monitor. If anybody wish to accompany them and participate in this noble cause may please revert.

 

We are running out of kits, where 15,000 kits would require to cover the entire project. Looking forward to hear from all Farookians here to participate in this noble cause. Per person expense is AED 10. You can contribute to any no. of kits starting from 10 dhs (1 person)
