fos as a github organization

Hi guys,

Stephan has setup Fos as a github organization which has some advantages. Here is the link for that https://github.com/fos 

You will need to clone now from g...@github.com:fos/Fos.git rather than g...@github.com:garyfallidis/Fos.git

An alternative is to go to Fos directory and edit the file .git/config where it says url = g...@github.com/garyfallidis/Fos.git change it to  url = g...@github.com/fos/Fos.git That should do the job.
