       Dear Sirs/Madam                                    

 

In pursuance to PIFFA Election Schedule 2012-2013, nominations are invited from eligible members to contest for election of Executive Committee seats for the year 2012-2013 (Nomination Form sent through courier)

 

The Election will be held for following vacant Executive Committee seats.

 

Southern Zone        -    Corporate Class  -    01 seat

Southern Zone        -    Associate Class    -    04 seats

 

Northern Zone        -    Corporate Class  -    02 seats

Northern Zone        -    Associate Class    -    01 seat

 

 

Members are requested to send their Nomination Forms dully filled/singed, duly proposed and seconded by valid members from same Zone & Class, as to reach PIFFA Head Office, 174-0, Block-2, PECHS, Karachi on or before Monday, August 27, 2012 upto 5:00 pm.

 

Nominations received after expiry of above date and time limit set forth shall not be considered as valid.
