Dear All,

We have received following email of invitation and invitation card from secretary General PIFFA inviting all the PIFFA members for the dinner on 1^st October, 2012 at Marriott Hotel.

I am very confuse and all other PIFFA members who might be confuse as I am right now, if this dinner in been hosted by PIFFA then Executive committee must have approved this BIG unnecessary expanse.

The question arises here then why in invitation card R.S.V.P. are few PIFFA members (only likeminded) , why not only chairman, vice chairman and all elected EC members ??????.

My second question is if this is a private party or few members of PIFFA are giving this dinner than why we received the Invitation from Official PIFFA email address also received a card by courier from PIFFA secretariat who will bear this cost. ?????

Does the memorandum of article and the DGTO rules allow a General Secretary of PIFFA to invite members from the platform of PIFFA for some once private Party.

The secretariat office of any association should be very neutral and it is their responsibility not to take part in any grouping.

Mr. Zakariya are the administrator of this group ( Forwarders Forum) with me but I am no more before elections so I am not sure my email will circulate or not but I need his comments on this mail because his name is also mentioned in RSVP.

I don’t know why you all people are sleeping like our nation. Now It’s the time to wake up . Play your part make sure to attend AGM instead of parties and rise the issues. There are so many issue to discuss..
