Dear & Respected all PIFFA Members ,
With ref to our previous e-mails & with ref to the response by the Chairman – PIFFA which is totally differ from that e-mail which was sent earlier for the attention for all PIFFA Members.( I think & I believe , Chairman-PIFFA did not read out such e-mails with attention o/wise he did not supposed to sent such INNOCENT E-MAIL which has no mean ).
This e-mail is sending again for the attention to all other PIFFA Members who were not notified & specially those members who has given their valuable votes to such members who elected based on their valuable votes & all those respectable voters must have to see , how their elected members found corrupt or involved under the banner of corruption , manipulation , mal practitioners ,wrong ethics & etc etc .?..
How their elected members & other mal practitioners are maintaining their business & offices in well condition due to the earning of black money.?..
If PIFFA is unable to ask them or to issue them show cause notice then PIFFA must allow to other members who did not done this act but can do if PIFFA allow them so.?.. May be , they can be rich like those who done this mishap.
It is also requested to GOOGLE Forwarder group , please do not mix up their demand of PIFFA annual fee with this issue .
Once again , I must repeat below mentioned sentences & request to all , please ensure your attention on below issue .
1- Those members who have received the notices , they must have to submit the copy of notices to PIFFA along with the documents required / mentioned in the notice for PIFFA’s ref & record .
2- Based on these documents , PIFFA shall form an strong committee on those persons who shall scrutinize those default parties / members who are / were involved / engaged under wrong practices, who applied wrong ethics & destroyed / damaged the image of PIFFA & its members who are not engaged or involved in the matter.
3- After checking from all aspects , such committee shall suggest PIFFA to take necessary steps against those members who helped out to those molecules which hits PIFFA & its member’s goodwill.
4- Such committee shall also check the documents of those members who did not done this job intentionally but such jobs occurred by mistake from their staff & a warning notice to be issue to all of them
to take care for future working.
5- Further , it is strongly suggested to all PIFFA members to point out or to bring any case or matter in the notice of PIFFA & their relevant committees where they feel or found that such PIFFA member’s act shall
Destroy / damage the worth & goodwill of all , PIFFA must have to make an strict & strong policy against such member to avoid further / future consequences .
Its my believe & I do not know about others but this is the right time where PIFFA shall take an stand .
Further to above , I do not know but I must know :-
Why such matter is lingering by PIFFA & unable to obtain the documents from all of them who received the notices .?.
Why PIFFA did not call a meeting to finalize an strong investigation commission based on those members who shall take up the matter with relevant members related with this issue.?.
Why such members hesitate to submit the copies of those notices along with the required data to PIFFA .?..
Why such members agreed to submit those required documents to the other authorities but not to PIFFA.?.
What they are trying to HIDE from PIFFA.?..
Why PIFFA unable to obtain such notices / documents from relevant members for which they agreed to submit to others but not to PIFFA .?.

I think discussing here is waste of time. We should ask PIFFA for General Meeting to discuss the issue and the discussion will be there instead of here . I totally agreed with Asif Bhai and Sarfaraz Bhai that the matter should be in General meeting so can we ask PIFFA for General Meeting I think here we have enough members to ask general meeting and it will be more suitable to discuss there. At this forum we are developing misunderstandings among selves and nothing.
So we should call or email PIFFA for call a General meeting ASAP .

Respected All ,
I must repeat below mentioned sentences & request to all , please ensure
your attention on below issue .
1- Those members who have received the notices , they must have to
submit the copy of notices to PIFFA along with the documents required /
mentioned in the notice for PIFFA’s ref & record .
2- Based on these documents , PIFFA shall form an strong committee on
those persons who shall scrutinize those default parties / members who are /
were involved / engaged under wrong practices, who applied wrong ethics &
destroyed / damaged the image of PIFFA & its members who are not engaged or
involved in the matter.
3- After checking from all aspects , such committee shall suggest PIFFA
to take necessary steps against those members who helped out to those
molecules which hits PIFFA & its member’s goodwill.
4- Such committee shall also check the documents of those members who
did not done this job intentionally but such jobs occurred by mistake from
their staff & a warning notice to be issue to all of them
to take care for future working.
5- Further , it is strongly suggested to all PIFFA members to point out
or to bring any case or matter in the notice of PIFFA & their relevant
committees where they feel or found that such PIFFA member’s act shall
Destroy / damage the worth & goodwill of all , PIFFA must have to make an
strict & strong policy against such member to avoid further / future
consequences .
Its my believe & I do not know about others but this is the right time where
PIFFA shall take an stand .
Further to above , I do not know but I must know :-
Why such matter is lingering by PIFFA & unable to obtain the documents from
all of them who received the notices .?.
Why PIFFA did not call a meeting to finalize an strong investigation
commission based on those members who shall take up the matter with relevant
members related with this issue.?.
Why such members hesitate to submit the copies of those notices along with
the required data to PIFFA .?..
Why such members agreed to submit those required documents to the other
authorities but not to PIFFA.?.
What they are trying to HIDE from PIFFA.?..
Why PIFFA unable to obtain such notices / documents from relevant members
for which they agreed to submit to others but not to PIFFA .?.
Everyone is saying , He is innocent ,
Everyone is saying , He is a new born baby & just obtain his birth
certificate ,
Everyone is saying , He did not done this job &
Everyone is saying , SAB KARTAY HEIN.
Under this scenario & on this mentality , how can We define our industry
being neutral , professional & an strong association being PIFFA ?..
Why We are waiting to receive the Bamboo from any other authority instead of
to rectify the matters within our circle.?...
Why We agree to submit our documents to any other authority but not to our
OWN ASSOCIATION also.?...
Is there any shortfall of faith & confidence on our ASSOCIATION so that
everyone is ready to submit those documents to others but not to their own

It appears some 'private' meetings are being held for I have not seen any
circular or advice of a meeting on the subject now being raised in these
emails. If such is the case, PIFFA may clarify whether the meeting have its
patronage. I feel a demostrated open-ness in our dealings will establish
respect of the FFs in general and PIFFA in particular and we need such
respect and status badly. The climate right now is that whether it is the
importer or exporter or the Customs....belief is that FFs are the scum of
the earth. We can only counter such image by PIFFA and our industry leaders
adopting an open, fair and moral stance in face of any adversity
experienced. Over time, with consistence on our part, the image will change.

Dear All ,
With ref to the current issue of notices to few Consolidators / Shipping
Agents & few PIFFA Members , myself must have to thanks to those PIFFA
Members who intervene in the matter & in the light of the meeting by PIFFA
Members & by the efforts of these PIFFA Members , an environment of
un-certainty has cleared , showering has stopped but clouds still on the
heads.
Thanks to all of them who intervene in the matter from their precious time .
In this regard , as a association , PIFFA must have to take some major steps
or decisions to save the reputation of all other members including PIFFA
Logo. Some suggestions are as under :-
1- Those members who have received the notices , they must have to
submit the copy of notices to PIFFA along with the documents required /
mentioned in the notice for PIFFA’s ref & record .
2- Based on these documents , PIFFA shall form an strong committee on
those persons who shall scrutinize those default parties / members who are /
were involved / engaged under wrong practices, who applied wrong ethics &
destroyed / damaged the image of PIFFA & its members who are not engaged or
involved in the matter.
3- After checking from all aspects , such committee shall suggest PIFFA
to take necessary steps against those members who helped out to those
molecules which hits PIFFA & its member’s goodwill.
4- Such committee shall also check the documents of those members who
did not done this job intentionally but such jobs occurred by mistake from
their staff & a warning notice to be issue to all of them
to take care for future working.
5- Further , it is strongly suggested to all PIFFA members to point out
or to bring any case or matter in the notice of PIFFA & their relevant
committees where they feel or found that such PIFFA member’s act shall
Destroy / damage the worth & goodwill of all , PIFFA must have to make an
strict & strong policy against such member to avoid further / future
consequences .
Its my believe & I do not know about others but this is the right time where
PIFFA shall take an stand .
This e-mail has sent without any grievance or not sent against anyone but
for the betterment of all & for those , who wish to see a long lasting
respectful profession .
Myself regret to those who feel hurt but sometimes , We have to face truth
or to join our hands with truthful situation.
