Dear Members PIFFA,

We have been facing different reactions by members about import indexes misdeclaration issue,

currently being discussed at forwarder's forum. this issue has disturbed freight forwarding business & it's reputation.

 

actually contradiction we observing is, being accused is sufficient ground to resign from public office in civilized societies but

this spirit works at 180 degree in our society, being accused is sufficient to become BIGGER LEADER & Torch bearer of Ethics!!!!

 

one EC Member who also accused of long list of import indexes initiated an email to become Bigger leader.

In worries of future generations by agitational mood he didn't remember that he is also one of the accused of Misdeclaring Imports.

So bitter response was natural, that EC member is sole responsible for all this current bitter communication.

 

It's we who have to decide which way to follow

Should we go through where our so-called Torch bearer leading us or the way civilized societies follow.

 

Office bearers should set a good precedent before coming generations if they are really worried about generation to come & join freight industry!!!!!

 

We demand the least, All accused office bearers at PIFFA surrender themselves before Legal Affairs or Dispute Resolution comittee,

the comittee will decide whether they should continue their work or otherwise depending upon the facts finding by their judgment.

 

It's also a good time to re-consdier & analyse why it happened & how it can be avoided in future.

if we come to this point I have few points to contribute

This is my  suggestion that before starting of General Body meeting,if Piffa  send a list to all Piffa members about those members who were involved,and piffa also mention that how much index were currepted of  each company,

 

This will be the easy for all member to identify who were habitual and who were by mistake currepted inex,

 

In this way ,will be easy to discuss about each member during General Body meeting day,

 

I think it should be no problem to show off those member through PIFFA who were habitual or who were by mistake
