cctive_scaffold: How do I override a foreign-key in the list view?

People,

Suppose we have a list of employees and each employee has a dept.

And by default each dept appears as a link-element.

I dont want this; I want dept to just appear as a simple string.

It's simple to override the string of the link but I cannot figure out
how to override the link itself.

How do I override a foreign-key in the list view?
