Surrender of COP

Dear Akhilji,
 
Please write a letter to the Joint Secretary mentioning therein your intention to cancel the COP, enclose your Original COP with the letter and deposit the same with the Institute.
 
Shortly thereafter you will receive confirmation from the institute about the cancellation date of your COP.
