MCA Initiatives: Compilation of MCA Circulars/Notifications/Press Releases (from 1st Jan to 30th Jun, 2011)

Dear Professional Colleagues and Friends,

From the very begining of this year, MCA initiated the reform process aimed at easing the regulatory procedural hurdles and facilitating growth of the corporate sector and as a part of this reform process, MCA has issued various Circulars and Notifications in past six months strengthening e-governance, simplifying procedures, rules in order to keep law in tune with changing times as well as to cut timelines and to bring transparency in service delivery. These MCA initiatives have brought many changes in the law and procedure relating to company law.

 

With a view to provide all the Circulars/Notification/Press Releases issued by MCA at one place as a ‘ready reckoner’, I have made an attempt to compile and collate all the Circulars, Notifications (subject/topic/section wise) and Press Releases issued by the MCA from 1^st January, 2011 to 30^th June, 2011 for ease of reference and understanding.

 

A copy of the Compilation is attached. Hope you will find this compilation useful.

 

I invite comments/suggestions/correction, if any, from the Learned Members of this Group to improve the Compilation as I intend to update it on monthly basis.
