Query regarding TDS on payment

Dear All,

If an organisation is going to pay job consultancy firm like Naukri.com then under which section TDS should come either in 194J or 194C. Because while we pay to manpower supply then it come under 194C and the way that job consultancy firm doing is same as manpower supply. Case study will proivde a strenth to decision if any.

IN ONE OF OUR CASE THEY HAVE MENTIONED AS SUPPLY OF LABOUR - IN SUCH CASE SECTION 194C WILL APPLY BUT IF THEY MENTION AS RECRUITING ON OUR BEHALF SECTION 194J WILL BE APPLICABLE.
