Director Disqualified - How to do ROC Compliances URGENT HELP PLEASE

Dear 

Both Directors are disqualified in XYZ Pvt Ltd on account of non filing of annual returns in ABC Pvt Ltd after 31/03/2011.

Now ABC Pvt Ltd status is - Strike off.

Kindly help me how to file the returns of XYZ Pvt Ltd. It is working company.
