Dear friends,
One of my friend has been appointed before the AGM of say
2014 as an additional director but he was regularised in the AGM but
company didn’t filed necessary form with MCA and his designation continued to be
on the MCA as Additional Director only. He has signed all the documents of the
company and filed several forms thereafter also. A plain understanding suggested
to file the necessary forms with back date effect by paying additional fee but
it requires compounding also. What are the best remedial options in this regard
with minimum cost. Expert advice is solicited.
