Query Reagrding the RBI circular for the working capital limit of 60%

Dear Seniors
There are three queries regarding the RBI circular for the working capital limit of 60% since July'19 , where your valuable inputs are required :-
1. LC Limits to be taken for deduction of Working capital limit purpose for the utilised portion or the entire sub-limit portion.
2. The Limits to be calculated at the aggregate level or individual Bank level for the entire working capital facility under the multiple banking arrangement
3. As there is a time lag between CP renewal upto 5 days. Circumstances of the change in working.
