Can anybody guide me the procedure to be followed with the Foreign Exchange Department, Reserve Bank of India for changing the Liaison Office Address of a Foreign Company from One city in India to another city in India.

Reference is drawn to the RBI Circular no. RBI/2015-16/397 A.P. (DIR Series) Circular No.69 [(1)/22(R)] dated 12/05/2016, attached herewith, by virtue of which [plz read para 11(i) © of attached Circular]:
Ø Whenever the existing Liaison Office (LO) of Foreign Entity is shifted from one city to another city in India, prior approval from the AD Category-I bank is required.
Ø However, no permission is required if the LO/BO is shifted to another place in the same city subject to the condition that the new address is intimated to the designated AD Category-I bank. Changes in the postal address may be intimated to the CO Cell, New Delhi by the AD Category-I bank at the earliest.
