Fwd: HUF Dt of formation

One HUF PAN is registered with Dt of formation as Ancestral.

Earlier we use to put 01/01/2001 as dt of formation while loging in Income tax portal.

But now it is not accepting this date.

We contatcted Ayakar Sampark kendra, they asked us to contact Tin-nsdl. On contacting them, they forwarded us to UTI, but no one is able to resolve it.

How to get this resolved.

you have to approach TIN FC  for correction of date of formation of  HUF

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

A) 49A Change form duly filed up and signed

b) xerox copy of pan card

c) declaration of HUF (date of formation should be there) , if no declaration available then make a declaration on 10/- NJSP today

d) proof of ID AND ADDRESS OF KARTA
