 To facilitate preparation by clients  and checking by auditors we have prepared the following sample reports  after analyzing the new form, columns of online form & CSV files  and the IT Return requirements :

 

1.    Form 3CA- as per Para 11.9 to 11.11 of ICAI  Revised GN on Tax Audit

2.    Form 3CB- DO-

3.    Form 3CD

4.    Form 3CD-Annexures

5.    Form 3CD-Additional Annexures-not very common-as per online form

6.    Form 3CD-Check List

 

A few notes have been added for ease of working.

 

A draft Form 3CD issued by BCAJ is also attached
