As part of its professional development initiatives, The Institute of Company Secretaries of India,   Eastern India Regional Council (ICSI-EIRC) organises every year a Regional Conference of Company Secretaries to deliberate, discuss and debate on issues of contemporary relevance to the corporate sector and the profession.

   

We are pleased to inform you that ICSI-EIRC’s Mega Event – 21st Regional Conference of Company Secretaries is being organised on Saturday, the 15th January, 2011 at Oberoi Grand Hotel, Kolkata.

 

DAY, DATE, TIME AND VENUE:

 

Day & Date:    Saturday, the 15th January, 2011

 

Time:               From 10.30 am onwards

 

Venue:            Oberoi Grand Hotel, Kolkata 700  0 13

 

Delegate Fee:  Rs.1 450/- each for member participants / other professionals and

                         Rs.1250/- per student participants

 

(Delegate fee includes Conference Kits, Backgrounder, Lunch & Dinner)

                                 

CMS Members:  No fee for Members under Corporate Membership Scheme (CMS)

 

PCH:                  Four Program Credit Hours (PCH) will be awarded to the

                           member participants and

                          One Day ADP exemption will be awarded to the students of ICSI.

 

 

The theme of the Conference has been very carefully chosen and a renowned management coach, Colonel Amar Bindra from Chandigarh shall come and delve on the subject. We are attaching herewith an overview on the subject which encouraged us to crystallise the programme. 

 

This programme shall be followed by a discussion on:

 

" A TALK  ON CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY'' followed by Dinner 

where renowned personalities from the 'Tollywood film Industry' will delve on the subject.

We are pleased to share that SHRI SANDIP RAY, FILM DIRECTOR (son of Late Shri Satyajit Ray)  has consented to be our Special Guest.
