From 23rd October, 2009 the web side OF MCA is not working properly. Its very slow. After trying for almost one hour a professional can upload hardly 1 or 2 return. Moreover getting role check is almost all impossible. Its true that the people are trying in last moment but what the department was doing. If the web side will remain slow as at present position how the company can upload its return in time. Its is also the duty of the department to make proper arrangement for geeting getting all the returns uploaded if people are interested to upload by providing necessary facilities.

 

Moreover  the biggest problem is with the Council members of both the Institute i.e. The Institute of Chartered Accounatnts of India as well as the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. The Council members are only interested to get vote rather than raising such types of the issues with the Institute.

 

I have tried to talk on these two numbers of Front office several times i.e. 033-64506000 & 09748978789 but no body picked up the line.

   E filing with MOC is indeed becoming a very time consuming affair. MOC should not charge additional
  fees for late filing for no fault of users. Why should they charge additional fees for MOC not being able to
   maintain the system and penalize the users. They should extend the date of each of delay due to their
  fault for not maintaining the system. 
 
  Further more efiling under MOC is becoming non-user friendly  like when you try to track a transaction
  we get an answer "Held in abeyance"  Some times there are serious doubts whether the system has taken
 over the companies Act, 1956 as system is overruling the procedures under companies Act.
 
  Even ROC authorities are not using their rationality in addressing many issues rather there are governed by the
 system which is like a  robot.

Well, Fully agree with the concern, Even taken up the problem with help desk mca, they just send a formal reply letter “assuring you best services”. When and how not clear. This is a serious issue and creating lot of hardship to users without there fault. Cant the members make a representation with Ministry of Companies Affairs, as this issue has not come for the first time.

now, after due date site will be working properly and our clients are compelled to file return by paying penalty. Why MCA department will be inerested in looking after the problems of common people. After all they are now able to collect more revenue from corporates by way of fine/penalty. To be very frank, after trying for 2-3 days when i could not file any return, i informed all my clients to be ready for paying penalty and all the returns will be filed after due date is over. Though all returns are ready before due date. I hope now MCA people do not change the version of their forms before filing of those return which are prepared but could not be uploaded.

perfectly with MCA service centre and uploan is fast , quick and for sure.

One form was left out on the last day and that also we got uploaded by sending thro assistant to MCA cell at 6.45 p.m.

Its horrible experience in e-filing this time. When Chalan was about to
appear on screen upon payment thr card it throws message " page can not be
displayed" to know the status track payment another 1 hour...if gets
connected! In income tax ack is stored in web space of the assessee PAN.
whereas it doesnt stores anywhere in MCA website to verify the chalan
status...!

What are you complaining about? People like you should be forced to pay fine as you will wake up only after the eleventh hour. What were you and your clients doing for last 30 days since 30th September? Waiting for the last day to arrive to file returns. The MCA should make the fine 10 times than what it is now to bring people like you in line

To add to the same - I have been facing problem in log in at mca site -
Inspite of mails to helpdesk as also the telephonic calls the problem is not
resolved till date crippling myself to depend at mercy of the mca agent or
some one else. Oflate it has been communicated that to work with mca filing
win explorer has to be only of ver 6.00 no higher version will work - THIS I
DO NOT AGREE AS TILL RECENT PAST I WAS ABLE TO LOG IN AND DO FILINGS

This is really a issue of concern and the joint effort shall be made by the
associations or institutes to MCA Ministry

In my view only institute and members both also take this issue to Ministry. It is the negligency of Mca people and they sholud bear the penalty why genneral public.

I think institute should take the action as well as members shold sue the MCA people so that this is not going to happen in future.

As this regular practice of MCA. If they are not able to maintain site shold close it and start manual.

Recently we paid Rx. 50/- to view documents for a Company in MCA web site.
However, because the web site was not working properly, we were unable to
view any documents and R. 50/- was lost. We were forced to pay again the
next day to view the document.

On contacting the helpline, they said that nothing can be done and we need
to pay again. Earlier I remember, the payment had validity for 7 days, but
now it is same day. Therefore if there is any server or network problem,
nothing can be done. This I gross cheating.

Myself has raised the said Issue in 6th Regional conference of Practising Compay secretaries of India on 01.11.2009 in kolkata and the Council has assured that some positive steps will be taken althogh as per their version of MCA as per their meeting held with MCA before 30.10 they has told that the system is uanble to take the load of 100000 form per day on 29.10 and 30.10.
so the system need to updated and for that the talk between MCA & TCS will take place very soon.

Its not MCA fault at any level. Its our fault to wait for last minute to file the papers either in Income tax or in ROC. Why don't we blame our client for that instead of ROC/Income tax. We cannot raise a figure on Income tax or on ROC as a professional. Instead of that we should encourage the e-system done by the Government.
Remember the period when we had wasted the manpower/money to file the returns in ROC or in income tax by standing in que since morning to evening.

So, I would request all my professional colleague that please don't raise the finger on the integrity of the Government's steps towards e-system.
