NAME APPROVAL-WITH THE WORD INDIA

Dear Sir/Madam
For one of our client we are applying form 1A for approval of the
new name by using word INDIA within name (first word is not INDIA).
As per our understanding by new latest guidelines there is no minimum
limit for Authorised Share Capital if we use the word INDIA between
the name of the company.

Minimum authorised capital of INR 5 lakhs is required.. PFA (refer page 12)..

with the word India, authorised capital must be Rs 50 Lacs
key words and authorised capital will be as per below :

International, Globe, Global, Universal,

word of the name
1 Crore
If any of the key words at 2 above is used

Madam
I got a name with .......... INDIA PVT. LTD. in december with authorised capital of Rs. 2 Lacs. So i dont think you should have any problem in getting the name.
