FURNISHING FORM 15CA/CB FOR PAYMENT THROUGH CREDIT CARD TO NON-RESIDENT

Dear All,

kindly input your valued opinion on the following issue :

According to the latest amendments, for any payments made to non-resident or a foreign company subject to Rule 37BB of Income Tax Act, form 15CA & 15CB is required to filed online.

Say someone is making payment for purchase of software and payment are being made through credit card, whether the form 15CA & 15CB is required to be filed ??
