ICAI – VARANASI BRANCH BUILDING FORENSIC AUDIT REPORT – PSALTE FOR OCCULTIST MONARCH 2015-16 BY PULPIT POPINJAY 

The report is jubilee by the grand opera of Forensic Audit. The Monarch 2015-16 was having obsequious piper, hoax, renegade, pony, junto rhapsodize, wishfulserpent and orchestra. The Audit Report is edict and hymn.

During our visit, CA Manoj Agrawal, CA Vishwajeet Singh, CA Sudeshna Basu, CA Rahul Kumar Singh & CA Rajat Mehra have orally given information about the building project, on their own record. We have informed these members that we will ask for written statements from them in due course of our audit.

 

We have obtained copies of certain documents & information from the branch, which is being analysed by us.

A)   There is significant variation in the value of building/cost of construction arrived at by the two valuers whose reports are on record.

B)   There are differences in measurement of construction area as calculated by the two valuers & CA Rajat Mehra, who has submitted a separate report of his enquiry.

              one the back ground of variation in the value of building & physical measurements, we strongly recommend that an independent civil                        engineer be appointed by the Institute to assess the actual cost of building as constructed and its’ comparison with as per financial                     records. Besides other things, the civil engineer would also examine the correctness of rates applied while making payments.

v  The key point is what was the relevance of the oral statement of CA Manoj Agrawal, CA Vishwajeet Singh, CA Sudeshna Basu, when they were not the part of building project under consideration during 2011 to Feb. 2013 [while they were possessing the entire correspondences and records in the Branch], but why the records from Head Office were not asked/called. However, their statement was honored being evidence because of botany of marionette.

 

v  The entire audit was based on certain documents and information provided by CA Manoj Agrawal, CA Vishwajeet Singh, CA Sudeshna Basu.

 

v  The question is who appoint the valuer. One was who made the allegations i.e. CA Manoj Agrawal, CA Vishwajeet Singh, CA Sudeshna Basu, so the valuation was fraudulent one. However, the auditor has no option because the entire audit was done phantasmally based on prescription given by the leeches who converted Varanasi as a political harbour.

 

v  The question is why the Monarch after taking the charge in Feb. 12, 2013 did not appoint any valuer immediately but pushed the building [which was nearest to finish] into scrapped condition by employing necromancy.  He was providing free play ground for pythoness who was reddle of the Jehovah [Monarch 2015-16]. Really the report is wanton, vallain, renegation, unscriptural, unsanctified but a wand to flick.    

 

v  In the E Mail dt. 11.12.2015 the learned Auditor stated as follows:-

         3. we have tried to obtain copies of emails received & sent by Varanasi Branch from/to RBA Dept. of ICAI HO in connection with the Building                 roject. However, we are not sure whether all the emails sent by/received by ICAI HO have been made available to us. In view of the same,               you are requested to arrange to make available soft copies of emails sent by and received by ICAI HO (either RBA or other authorities)                 from Varanasi Branch or its office bearers on the subject of Building Project. Copies of emails from 2011 till date should be provided to us.

v  Really, the Audit Committee Secretary was quaker of the Monarch 2015-16. The reply was strange but rattan of the Jehovah [Monarch] 2015-16.

 

v  Though the Forensic Auditor is employed being kea but he forget that members are not sheep. The Forensic Audit Report is the romance, crystal-lens for the Jehovah [Monarch] 2015-16, the libel but being crystal-lens to panegyrist for him, it is luciferous to lieutenant but a lemonade for the Crown Emperor [Monarch] 2015-16. The photograph speaks that the junto like CA Manoj Agrawal, CA Vishwajeet Singh, CA Sudeshna Basu, CA Shree Prakash Panday & CA Vinay Kumar Agarwal are liege pursuivant of the Xangti [i.e. Monarch 2015-16].
