Its very impossible to get password recover if all the three option not available to you.
you can mail to  a...@incometaxindia.gov.in  but that also not so much active you can call toll free no. 
1800180196 otherwise you contract concerned ITO they can only help you.

The following particulars should also be furnished: 

Assessee's Name; Father's Name; Address; PAN; Date of Birth; Phone Number; 
Current e mail ID (the one from which you are sending the info). 

The new PW will be sent by mail within 14 Hours. 

I got this info from 1800 180 1961- when I encountered a similar situation 
recently. However, I did not use it as the previous auditors furnished the 
details. 

Hence, You may seek further clarification from the above number. 
Unlike the mobile operators, these people really and genuinely polite.

That is in this case u will be able to login after 12 hrs from reset request made.
