Esteemed Professional Colleagues,

I Have Been Facing These Issues While Applying DIN For Quite Some Time

While Clicking Prescrutiny Tab , This Message Pops Up : Details Already Exist.Please Prescrutinize The Form Again And Upload.

On Clicking OK , Another Dialogue Box Opens With The Following Message

The System Has Identified Your Application As Potential Duplicate Because The Contents Are Matching With An Already Filed DIN Application Form,Please Ensure That No DIN Has Already Been Allotted To The Applicant.If You Still Wish To Continue Say 'YES'.Please Note That DIN Application Shall Be Approved Only After Due Verification By MCA. If The User Selects 'NO',Then The Filing Of EForm Shall Not Be Allowed.

Please Guide Me As To What Steps Need To Be Taken.These Issues I Have Been Facing For Every DIN I Have Been Trying To Apply Since Last Few Days.Thought Form Was Not Updated,Downloaded The DIN Form Again And Filled And Yet Facing The Same Old Situation.

If The Details Already Exist Then How Can We Get To Know The DIN?I Checked In (View Director / Designated Partner) Details,But Did Not Find Any Details Matching With Those Of The Person Whose DIN I Was Applying For.

Is There Any Other Way To Get The Din Other Than View Director/Designated Partner Details

Sir,

Thank You So Much Sir For Your Professional Guidance And Prompt Reply.

After Generating Provisional DIN They Are Asking To Attest The Documents With M No. & Seal And Upload Within 15 Days Time,After Which Provisional DIN Will Lapse.

In Order To Obtain DIN Should We Go Through Such Detailed And Lenghty Process,As Previously Obtaining DIN Was Just Matter Of Minutes.

Please Guide For Some Other Alternate Way (If Any) To Obtain DIN

This error message appears when the person is already having a DIN or sometimes due to systems error.

Yoiu need to first check that the person is not having any DIN and if so, then click yes to the message and upload the form. The system will check the same and provisional DIN  Number will be allotted and then it will approve the DIN within few hours.

Dear Sir/Madam,

As per your query on DIN registration, Its true now on MCA professionals facing same  problem as Duplicate Entry, 

In this just go with YES and file the form, then you will get a provisional DIN number which subject to verification from MCA, Provisional DIN wont work in any of the form.

But after verification in 1-2 days , the DIN would be alloted.
