the stamp duty for rent agreement is normally 3% of rent payable for the entire period and @5% on the deposit payable whether it is refundable or not.
am also enclosing a draft rent deed for your ready ref. AM also enclosing a lease deed for your ready ref. please remove the names and replace them with your parties where necessary.

Hi my name is Ranjit Rai from vaishali bihar. I had previously made a rent agreement of my courier shop on Rs 50 denomination stamp paper, but when I applied for my GST recently it got rejected and I was asked an SCN with proper value stamp paper denomination rent agreement.
