Duplicate COI from ROC

Dear friends,

What are the formalities/procedure for obtaining duplicate against lost/misplaced Original Certificate of Incorporation of a Pvt. Ltd. Co.?

Please guide.

Today's time if u pay the co. search fees for the said company and then look it up in "My Documents" of ur I'd on MCA website. And from there if its scanned then u will get the COI from there only.

make a payment on mca portal for the option get certified copies .

present the challan to the concerned roc office . they will do the needful

And if the need is to obtain a stamped copy, then it can be applied through the portal by paying the requisite fees and the same can be obtained from ROC.
