gst.gov.in site opening outside India

Dear Colleagues,

I am currently outside India for some work. I tried opening gst.gov.in for registration. The side does not open. I have been trying last few days but in vain. Does the site opens only in India? Does anyone have any clue regarding this? Appreciate your response. Thanks.
