GST Reverse Charge

Dear Collegues

I have a Querry about Reverse Charge

If a dealer creates a liability under reverse charge say in the month of July payable in August.

but makes payment in December.

When the credit for Reverse charge would be available

in August  (when it was due) or in December (when payment actually made)

looking forward to the opinion

It’s irrespective of fact that whether you paid the same in August or December.

It has to be paid only, it’s not a stipulated condition for determining the eligibility.
