All users to BETA test all your PTF's before posting them to all. This way you
will have far less problems with introducing new bugs. With your long history
of bad PTF's, it's hard to believe that something like this wasn't done long
ago.

p.s. instead of replacing your dongle licensing person, shift his
resposibilities to ensuring your product, and patches are of higher quality.
