1. handling the footers like the headers:
headers: first page -> report header, all other pages -> page header:
perfect!
footers: last page -> report footer, all other pages -> page footer:
would be perfect! Currently the page footer is printed an all pages! So
you have two footers on the last page: the page AND the report footer!?
2. Adding a checkbox which enables the user to place the report footer
on the bottom of the last page. Not using this option means the report
footer is placed after the last detail block.
